We provide mortgage advice, home insurance or buildings and contents insurance, as well as protection, including life insurance, income protection and critical illness cover. We are also a provider of bridging loans.
Our expert team consists of myself and Jen, who are advisers, with Sebastian who is soon to gain that title! Laura is our office manager and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Established for over 30 years, Property Link Homes was started in January 1990 by Alison and changed entity in 2004 to Property Link Homes Ltd. Prior to setting up on her own, she was a property valuer for Halifax property Services in York and went on to become a manager for Reeds Rains in Harrogate. Her connections to the property market are so ingrained, she even married an architect!
With such a long and successful career in property, it is no wonder that here at Property Link homes, we are now arranging the mortgages for the grandchildren of some of our early clients!
