Our story
Established in 1992
Property Link Homes was founded in January 1992 by Alison Sturgess, who brought with her a wealth of property experience — having worked as a valuer for Halifax Property Services in York and as a manager for Reeds Rains in Harrogate. The business became Property Link Homes Ltd in 2004, and has been going from strength to strength ever since.
Alison's deep connections to the property world are evident in everything we do. We are now proudly arranging mortgages for the grandchildren of some of our earliest clients — a testament to the long-lasting relationships we build and the trust our clients place in us.
We believe everyone deserves a broker who genuinely works in their best interest — someone who searches the whole market, explains every step clearly, and is always on hand when you need them. That is exactly what we deliver.
